Ben is responsible for managing several of the firm’s active projects across its open land development funds. He supports day-to-day project management operations, including facilitating lot sales, tracking internal development progress, and coordinating investor distributions. In addition to his current responsibilities, Ben aspires to expand his role into the underwriting and evaluation of new investment opportunities. He graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2025 with a B.A. in Economics and a minor through the Mays School of Business.
