With ten years of real estate experience, Clay brings focus to the management of active projects at Waterloo Associates. He is responsible for project development, project flow, schedule/budgetary maintenance, and sales. Prior to Waterloo, Clay has had the opportunity to evaluate, consult, contract, lend, manage, and oversee real estate investments on behalf of a variety of corporations and individuals alike. Clay is a graduate of Texas State University with a B.A. in Political Science.
