OUR TEAM

Coalter helps manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual lender and investor financial statements.  Prior to Waterloo Associates, Coalter worked as a Fund Accountant for Amherst Residential where he helped grow the Amherst real estate portfolio from 9,000 to nearly 22,000 units by the time of his departure.  During his time there, Coalter took part in the day-to-day accounting for the Company’s technology subsidiary along with managing property tax processes and procedures with a special focus on increasing efficiency and reducing cost.  Coalter graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Accountancy and a Minor in Marketing.
