Daniel is responsible for overseeing all upfront acquisition and rehab activities for the Firm. He also
monitors asset allocation and positioning across MSA’s as well as within specific markets. Daniel has
over 15-years of experience in the SFR industry and has underwritten and overseen thousands of
transactions across 40 states. He is also in charge of dispositions, either through retail sales or bulk
transactions. Earlier in his career, Daniel worked in property management where he was responsible for
tenant screening, leasing, R&M and collections. Daniel also provides support to the Firm’s internal
property management team. He studied industrial and mechanical engineering at the Universidad de San
Carlos de Guatemala in Guatemala City, Guatemala and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
