Danny is responsible for overseeing all upfront acquisition and rehab activities for the Firm. He also monitors asset allocation and positioning across MSA’s as well as within specific markets. Danny has over 15-years of experience in the SFR industry and has underwritten and overseen thousands of transactions across 30 states. Earlier in his career, Danny worked in property management where he was responsible for tenant screening, leasing, R&M and collections. Danny studied industrial and mechanical engineering at the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala in Guatemala City, Guatemala and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
