David has over 25 years of experience in real estate and private equity investing and is the Founder of Waterloo Associates. Prior to Waterloo Associates, David co-founded and built Go Management, a top 10 residential real estate brokerage in the United States, executing more than 32,000 transactions and completing over $9.4 billion in sales in 2019. David is an operating principal and/or investor in four regions for Keller Williams Realty, and 14 market centers. He has personally owned over 1,000 single family homes and purchased over $100 million in distressed real estate assets.
