Matt is responsible for maintaining and expanding Waterloo Associates’ vendor and deal sourcing network and actively assists in evaluating direct asset and bulk portfolio acquisition opportunities. He also assists internal staff across a variety of management and operational functions focused on growth and efficiency initiatives. Matt spent seven years as Chief of Staff for David Osborn’s Family Office where he was responsible for assisting, planning and executing on a variety of both personal and internal/external business and finance functions including investment analysis, business combinations and complex tax and estate planning.
