OUR TEAM

Shannon is responsible for financial reporting and accounting of monthly, quarterly and annual lender and investor financial statements. She helps assist in the preparation of financial information, analysis and cash flow reporting. Prior to Waterloo Associates, Shannon worked as a Junior Accountant at a food distribution company. While there, she processed the day-to-day orders and payables and enhanced the tracking and logistics for new products. She graduated from Texas State University, earning two B.A. degrees in Accounting and Finance.
